Meet the Chef

Resort Chef Chris Ciero comes to us with a range of culinary and life experiences. He was raised in San Diego, exposed to the Southern California lifestyle and neighboring cultures. After starting in the business at a young age, he attended and graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He acquired a love for the tropics while working for Club Med and on the island of Antigua, West Indies. His experience spans coast to coast, from executive chef at Four Diamond properties in Wine Country, CA and Syracuse, NY, to historical properties in Washington DC and Vermont as Culinary Chef Consultant. His vision is to establish our Oaks Club Restaurant as an elevated scratch -kitchen, serving globally inspired cuisine, while creating new favorites. A culinary destination with a seasonal palate!
